Holy Communion is observed most Sundays
At Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Bragg, we gather around the Word and the Meal every Sunday at 9:00 a.m. We generally use the worship settings in the ELW (Evangelical Lutheran Worship) hymnal, from the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America). We also use Now the Feast and Celebration setting
We celebrate with Holy Communion most Sundays and hear three readings from the Holy Scripture (Old Testament, Epistles, and Gospel) using the Revised Common Lectionary, which is used by many churches. We also chant the psalm appointed for the day.
Occasionally, we will have special services NOT at 9:00 a.m., including Christmas Eve (7:00 p.m.), Holy Week Services, and sometimes Shared Services, even on a Sunday, with our Shared Ministry Partner, St. Michael, and All Angels Episcopal Church here in Fort Bragg.
We are also part of a group that does Ecumenical Advent and Lenten Services on Wednesday evenings during those seasons at each other's buildings in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.
Please join us on Sundays for worship at 9:00 a.m. and stay for fellowship at our Coffee Hour following that service.
